Sheet Size

650mm x 480mm – but this includes a deckle edge (because it’s handmade) and so will need approx 5mm trimmed off each edge (10mm off each dimension), giving a working size of 640mm x 470mm

Also available as SRA3 and A4

Grain

No real grain direction.

Weight

Being handmade, it’s bulkier than machine made paper. Our normal thickness paper is approx 180gsm. There will often be slight variations between sheets.

Stock Levels

We hold limited stock with Callistemon citrinus seeds (Lemon Scented Bottlebrush). Larger quantities and paper with other seeds is made to order.

Printing

Uncoated & absorbent surface means colour is going to be duller than for coated or machine made stocks.

More ink absorption means longer before it’s dry enough to guillotine.

Can be printed by offset or inkjet (laser has also been used successfully for direct mail).
